Provide exceptional customer service by applying the SEEK-LEARN-BUILD framework, assisting Pro customers with product selection, loading, and enrollment into loyalty programs. Process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage checkout functions while generating leads for exterior projects. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking, down-stocking, merchandising displays, and completing freight fulfillments. Monitor store security, inspect merchandise for quality, and maintain cleanliness across interior and exterior areas. Adhere to all safety requirements and housekeeping standards. Work flexible part-time hours with accountability for other duties as assigned.
