Part Time Osceola Magic Blue Crew Activation

Job Summary
Create a positive, entertaining atmosphere for fans from entry to exit at Osceola Magic home games. Set-up and breakdown all game-day activations including inflatables, props, and giveaways. Execute on-court and in-stand activations by holding signs, leading chants, and distributing promotional items. Choose contestants for in-game promotions and manage inflatables lines in the Florida Blue Family Zone. Assist team mascot "Swish" with skits, performances, and grassroots appearances. Perform in front of crowds and represent the Osceola Magic at internal and external events. Work with the Game Producer and Stage Manager on timing and activation changes. This role requires a high-energy personality, willingness to work flexible nights and weekends, and on-call availability. Interviews begin mid-August 2026 with an anticipated start in September or October.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department
- Must enjoy working with people
- Ability to work in front of large crowds
- Have a high-energy personality
- All offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of our pre-employment screenings, that will include a background check and may include a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-year of experience performing in a live entertainment setting (i.e. theme parks, cheer team, etc.) preferred
