Job Summary
Create a positive, entertaining atmosphere for fans from entry to exit. Set up and breakdown all game-day activations including inflatables, props, and giveaways. Execute on-court and in-stand activations by holding signs, leading chants, and distributing promotional items. Choose contestants for in-game promotions and manage inflatables lines in the Florida Blue Family Zone. Assist team mascot "Swish" with skits, performances, and grassroots appearances. Perform in front of crowds and work with the Game Producer and Stage Manager on timing and activation changes. Represent the Osceola Magic at internal and external events. This high-energy role supports the Osceola Magic home games and community events, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department
- Must enjoy working with people
- Ability to work in front of large crowds
- Have a high-energy personality
- All offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of our pre-employment screenings, that will include a background check and may include a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-year of experience performing in a live entertainment setting (i.e. theme parks, cheer team, etc.) preferred
