Job Summary
Renal Dietitian needed for on-site dialysis unit in Suffield, CT. Responsibilities include nutritional assessments for patients on-site and within the Correctional Community; provide dietary counseling, develop educational materials, and support ESRD patient care with a collaborative healthcare team. Requires English communication, strong computer skills (laptops/tablets; Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word/SharePoint), and a CT RD credential with two years of clinical experience; CPR certification preferred upon hire. Role involves coordinating care with nurses, site managers, and patients, participating in performance improvement and QAPI activities, and maintaining documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian in the state of Connecticut with two years of clinical experience
