Part-time or Full- time Physiotherapist required

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase patient strength while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians to establish treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies, revising them based on patient and family input. Implement treatment activities, provide ongoing education, and document evaluations and sessions according to departmental guidelines. Act as a referral source for rehabilitation services and equipment, adhering to ethical practices and infection prevention protocols. Participate in staff meetings and process improvement activities while supporting new employee orientation.
