Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, families, and campus teams to support student success, including attending ARD/IEP meetings. Maintain accurate records and track student progress while staying current with best practices in speech language pathology. This role serves elementary or middle school students in the Houston area for the 2026-2027 school year, with full-time or part-time options available. Candidates need a Master's degree, a current Texas license, and CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
Desired Qualifications
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) candidates welcome to apply
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
