Part-Time Operations Supervisor - TForce Freight

Job Summary
Oversees and directly participates in Dock, P&D, and Road Dispatch operations, including customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, and safety. Manages, plans, and directs assigned employees; implements security and loss prevention procedures; prepares and manages safety procedures per guidelines. Develops and implements action plans to achieve productivity targets, load average, cube utilization, and service targets. Works with Central Dispatch to create efficient line haul plans, schedules employees, and manages bid processes to meet service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
