Part Time Operations Associate

Job Summary
Support store management in stockroom operations, inventory control, and back-of-house maintenance; manage shipping/receiving, merchandise processing to the selling floor or stock room, ticketing and pricing, and documentation related to stock coordination; align stockroom priorities with sales floor needs and implement monthly visual directives to ensure merchandise is received and available for sales staff; ensure markdowns are processed, merchandise is properly packaged and tagged, and stored securely for replenishment; maintain clean, organized stockroom and selling floor in compliance with company policies; collaborate with management to drive opportunities and trends, and uphold safety and security procedures with a professional, detail-oriented approach. This part-time role may require flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and is based in-store at Lilly Pulitzer retail locations in King of Prussia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1 year of warehouse/shipping and receiving experience, preferred
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 100 lbs with proper equipment and safety techniques
- Ability to operate and read scanning equipment for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Strong planning and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management; strong sense of urgency
