Job Summary
Provide clean, safe, and organized store environments in all areas of the store, performing daily cleaning tasks and operational duties to support an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and trash receptacles; managing chemicals and supplies; replenishing stock, processing product with the stockroom team, and assisting with omni-channel fulfillment when needed. Demonstrates customer service, teamwork, integrity, and adherence to Kohl’s policies; maintains equipment and follows safety guidelines; able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate handheld scanners and other technology as required. Requires flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays) and 18+ years old. Pay starts at $16.45 per hour (annualized to $34,216).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to comply with dress code requirements
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
