Part-time Onsite EAP Counselor

Job Summary
Provide short-term counseling, including crisis intervention, for individuals at the work-site in Austin, Texas. Facilitate referrals into benefit plans or community resources and handle employee-related consultations for behavioral health issues. Support Critical Incident Stress Management debriefings and deliver training, including employee/management orientations and lunch-and-learn sessions. Maintain sound clinical judgment and foster partnerships with employer leadership while working independently. Requires licensed behavioral health professional status with minimum three years of direct clinical experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Flexible schedule, usually not to exceed 40 hours per week. Hourly rate is $80.00.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

- Experience providing employer-related consultations in an employment setting
- Knowledge of facilitating CISMs, training and presentations
- Preferred knowledge of EAP services
