Job Summary
Sort donated merchandise by quality, category, and seasonal relevance while identifying high-value items for additional review. Prepare products for baling, loading, and shipment, and assist with product flow to keep operations running efficiently. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day, moving materials, cardboard, and trash to designated areas. Report supply needs and equipment concerns to leadership, maintaining quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently. Support other departments, including direct support services, when needed. This physically active role involves standing, walking, and lifting donated merchandise in a warehouse environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving donated merchandise
- Working safely in a warehouse and production environment
- Working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Passing a background check
- Passing a drug screen
