Job Summary
Part-Time Oil Change Team Member at Take 5 Oil Change in Brandon, FL. Responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filter, washing windshield, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking inventory, maintaining a clean work area, and providing excellent customer service. Training is provided to help you advance; base pay up to $15/hour plus commissions and weekly bonuses. No experience required—previous roles from various industries are welcomed. The position offers paid training and opportunities for internal promotion into leadership roles. Schedule is part-time with opportunities for flexible hours and early access to earned wages through the myFlexPay program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
