Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, inspect fluids, and perform coolant exchanges while maintaining inventory levels and shop cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service to clients during their oil changes. Work in a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under vehicles, lifting up to 50 pounds. Be prepared to stand, bend, and work in hot or cold weather conditions. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay, commissions, and weekly bonuses, with access to 50% of earned wages via myFlexPay. No experience required; paid training covers all light maintenance services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
