Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, inspect fluids, and perform coolant exchanges while restocking inventory and maintaining floor cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service during all tasks. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, maneuver in a 3-foot deep pit, and work extended periods standing, bending, and stooping in hot or cold weather. Reliable transportation required. Earn up to $15/hour with base pay, weekly bonuses, and access to 50% of earned wages via myFlexPay. Paid training provided for all crew members.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
