Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, inspect fluids, and perform coolant exchanges while maintaining inventory levels and work environment cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service during oil changes and light maintenance services. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, maneuver in a 3-foot deep pit, and work extended periods standing, bending, or stooping in hot or cold weather. Requires reliable transportation to Shop#559 at 5400 Richmond Avenue. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay, commissions, and weekly bonuses, with access to 50% of wages via myFlexPay. No experience required; paid training provided for advancement to leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
