Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, inspect fluids, and perform coolant exchanges. Restock inventory, maintain floor cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. Work in hot or cold conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver safely in a 3-foot deep pit. Perform light maintenance services including wiper blade and air filter replacement. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay, commissions, and weekly bonuses. Take 5 Oil Change offers paid training for crew members to advance into management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
