Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, and inspect fluids. Restock inventory, maintain floor cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. Perform light maintenance including coolant exchanges and wiper blade replacements. Work in hot or cold conditions while maneuvering safely in a 3' deep pit. Lift up to 50 pounds and stand or bend for extended periods. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay, weekly bonuses, and commissions. Join a team where 90% of shop managers started as lube techs with no prior experience required. Paid training provided to advance through the company.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
