Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, and perform coolant exchanges while maintaining inventory and shop cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service during light maintenance services including wiper blade replacement and air filter changes. Work part-time shifts with paid weekly pay and access to 50% of earned wages via myFlexPay. Lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver safely in a 3-foot deep pit. No experience required; paid training provided to advance through the company's growth path from crew member to shop manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
