Job Summary
Oil Change Team Member at Take 5 Oil Change. responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filters, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Training is provided with no prior experience required; paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company. This role offers full training, a base pay with commissions, and flexible/part-time schedules, along with benefits such as paid time off and insurance options.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in certain states)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
