Job Summary
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, wash windshields, adjust tire pressure, inspect fluids, and perform coolant exchanges as part of daily lube technician duties. Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor while ensuring the work environment remains clean. Provide excellent customer service to clients in the comfort of their vehicles. This part-time role offers up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, including paid weekly earnings and access to 50% of wages via myFlexPay. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, maneuver in a 3-foot deep pit, and work in varying weather conditions. Take 5 Oil Change provides paid training for crew members to advance through internal promotions to management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
