Job Summary
Part-Time Office Manager needed to keep Salt Lake City office running smoothly. Responsibilities include managing daily office tasks, ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating with providers, maintenance, and property managers; supporting travel bookings and planning of company trips and team events; helping improve internal communication by writing the monthly newsletter and designing flyers/posters; supporting HR & Recruiting with team-building and Employer Branding events, including social media content and organizing company events and work anniversaries; in-office role with hourly pay. Ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works autonomously, and aligns with the company culture. Starts July with a minimum one-year commitment; 10-20 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
