Job Summary
Administrative & Compliance Coordinator will oversee student and employee records management, assist with administrative operations, and monitor ongoing compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies including childcare licensing, fire safety, health department, and related state requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate student and personnel files, managing filing systems, supporting scheduling and front-office communications, preparing reports and forms, conducting internal audits of compliance documentation, preparing for inspections, and assisting ownership with policies, procedures, and operational systems. Qualifications note preferred experience in administrative, office management, HR, or childcare center settings; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information; familiarity with childcare licensing or regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
