Job Summary
Part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for evaluating residents’ occupational needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising COTAs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across multiple locations. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and an active or pending state OT license; in-house team member role with direct resident therapy, education for staff and families, and opportunity for growth within CommuniCare Rehab’s multi-center network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License
