Job Summary
The Part-time Occupational Therapist at Functional Pathways will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise plans of care as supervised by the Physician. Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy, relevant certification, and an active state license. The role requires excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, along with knowledge of Functional Pathways policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a senior living community
- Knowledge of neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive, and musculoskeletal therapy
