Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care for residents under physician supervision. Manage daily occupational therapy services while adhering to Functional Pathways policies and procedures. Weekend day coverage is preferred for this part-time role at Hartsfield Village in Munster, IN. Candidates must hold an active state license and a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend day coverage preferred
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
