Job Summary
Independent contractor needed to perform residential occupancy verifications in Jeff Davis County, TX. Responsibilities include determining occupancy status, capturing 9+ photos, and submitting brief reports via mobile applications. The role requires managing your own routing, schedule, and territory with a flexible, part-time to full-time workload. You will drive in a rural county, spend extended time in your assigned territory, and report findings on property occupancy status.
