Part-Time OB/GYN Physician opportunity in Santa Cruz, CA with Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican. Seeking BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a patient-centered, autonomy-supportive practice. Flexible schedule options include 100% clinic-based, OB hospitalist/laborist, or full-scope OBGYN practice model. Collaborative team including Certified Nurse Midwives, access to clinic resources (Medical Assistant, Ultrasonographer, RN), and a modern birthing center with Level II NICU and 24/7 anesthesia coverage. Compensation includes base salary ($395,000 annually, prorated by FTE), productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan assistance, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and PSLF-eligible employer. Responsibilities center on obstetrics and gynecology care within a hospital-affiliated, multidisciplinary setting with emphasis on work-life balance and reproductive health outcomes.
