Job Summary
Part-time BE/BC OB/GYN physician sought to join Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA. Flexible practice model options include 100% clinic-based, OB hospitalist/laborist, or full-scope OBGYN. Opportunity highlights focus on women’s health, work-life balance, collaboration with CNMs and OB/GYN team, access to dedicated clinic resources, and a modern NICU with Level II NICU support. Compensation includes an annual base salary of $395,000 prorated by FTE, productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, student loan assistance, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, 401(k) with match, and PSLF-eligible employer.
