Job Summary
Part-time OB/GYN Physician opportunity in Santa Cruz, CA with Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican. Practice includes autonomy and collaboration in a patient-centered OB/GYN role, with options for clinic-based work, OB hospitalist/laborist duties, or full-scope OB care. Work alongside OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, and a dedicated team, with access to a modern birthing center, Level II NICU, 24/7 anesthesia coverage, and robust benefits. Compensation includes an annual base salary ( prorated by FTE level ), sign-on and relocation options, student loan assistance, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and PSLF-eligible employer status.

- BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Santa Cruz, CA rotation with potential for OB hospitalist/laborist model
- Autonomy in practice and collaboration with CNMs and medical team
