Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices. Deliver person-directed, elder/resident-directed care that fosters teamwork and self-leadership within a close-knit community. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $22.90 per hour with shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts. Full-time benefits eligibility begins at 30 hours per week, while partial-time roles (20-29 hours) include vision insurance and education assistance. As a faith-based nonprofit, PHS serves over 41,800 older adults across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, prioritizing Christian ministry values and enriching the lives of residents through personalized support.

- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
