Part-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Katy)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as allergy testing and sinus CT scans. Develop individualized treatment plans involving medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations while performing in-office procedures like nasal endoscopy and administering allergy immunotherapy. Collaborate with physicians to ensure continuity of care, document all encounters in the EHR within 24 hours, and provide pre- and post-op evaluations for sinus procedures. Work Monday through Friday with a minimum testing threshold of 50% and treatment threshold of 30%.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certified
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Monday or Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
