Job Summary
Admit patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine treatment by obtaining histories and physical exams. Document care into the EMR, entering orders for methadone dosing or writing buprenorphine prescriptions. Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medications when the Medical Director is absent. Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Program Physician, Treatment Center Director, Counselors, and Dosing Nurses. Work 20 hours per week with flexibility between Monday and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must have licensure in good standing in the state of California
- Satisfactory drug screen and background check
