Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, conducting daily rounding, prescribing medications/treatment plans, and addressing acute/emergent issues. Communicate effectively with facility nursing staff and ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Must be an Advanced Practice Provider with an active U.S. license and appropriate board certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active U.S. license
- Board certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners)
- Board certified by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants)
- Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine
