Part-time Nurse Practitioner - New Kensinton, PA

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment, including performing injections. Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards and collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services. This part-time role requires 12 weekly hours, split between Friday shifts at the Ford City center and Saturday shifts at the New Kensington center. Candidates must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice with DEA licensure.
