Job Summary
Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, and educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and management. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Requires an active license, minimum one year of wound care experience, and strong critical thinking skills. Flexible schedule with malpractice insurance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active license in state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
