Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings, prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, complete medical documentation per standards, and perform injections. Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services. Schedule includes rotating shifts across Girard, Chester, and Norristown locations. Certified Nurse Practitioner with DEA licensure required.

- DEA licensure in the state of the center
- Must be available for Saturday shifts
- Must be available for Sunday shifts
