Job Summary
Part-Time Nurse Advisor (Remote) at Webdoctor Ireland, a remote telemedicine service. Provide confidential health-related advice via telephone and email to customers on a 24/7 service, working within a remote team of nurses. Maintain clear records on the platform after each contact, relay information to the Nursing team and wider medical group, and support Doctors and Practice Manager. Roles include 24 or 32 hours per week (three or four eight-hour shifts), with morning, evening, and night coverage. Laptops provided with full training and support; competitive salary and benefits; work-from-home setup available. Garda Vetting and NMBI registration are required. Required Qualifications
- NMBI registered with 5+ years experience
- Triage experience in a Clinical setting or Emergency Department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting
- Demonstrate knowledge/experience of health education/promotion
