Job Summary
Perform nuclear medicine examinations for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes under physician direction. Prepare patients, administer prescribed radioactive and non-radioactive pharmaceuticals, and perform calculations and data manipulations per established parameters. Ensure proper preparation and ordering of radioactive material, calibrate equipment, assure quality control, and monitor patients. Duties include performing other tasks as assigned. This per-diem, variable shift role is on-site at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, or incentives. Candidates must hold Oregon or National Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification with two years of clinical experience.

- Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist Temporary
- National Registered Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology
- National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 2 years of clinical experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
