Part-Time Night Supervisor/ Key Holder

Job Summary
Supervise and lead part-time sales associates during evening shifts while providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries. Ensure cash registers are properly balanced and follow strict cash handling procedures. Open and close the store, arming and disarming the security system as the designated keyholder. Conduct nightly cleaning duties, merchandise products on shelves, and monitor inventory levels. Enforce company policies, identify security risks, and prevent theft or loss. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Must be 21+ years old, possess basic math skills, and be able to lift 40+ lbs. Flexible schedule required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must be able to pass background check
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling/balancing
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits products is a plus
