Job Summary
Part-Time Night Float Anesthesiologist sought for Virtua Anesthesia – West at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ. Responsibilities include independent in-house overnight coverage with airway management across the hospital, OB anesthesia call and support, and handling emergent/urgent cases overnight. Collaborates with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe, timely care. Schedule is predictable (approximately 13 weeks per year; 7p–7a; one week per month). Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist; 2–3 years post-training experience preferred or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience; strong airway rescue, OB anesthesia, and emergency-response skills; ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
