Job Summary
Conduct overnight guest services as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent service levels from 10pm to 6am. Run end-of-day reports, manage night audit backups, and roll the date. Maintain the house bank, process deposits, and accurately report daily receipts while handling cash transactions. Work independently with strong time management skills, maintaining sanitary conditions and communicating effectively with guests. Available for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule between 10pm and 6am including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
- Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge
- Cash handling skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and responsible time management
