Part Time Night Auditor - Limelight Denver

Night Auditor for Limelight Denver-Part Time balancing nightly financial transactions, verifies guest accounts, and ensures accurate reporting for hotel operations. This role combines overnight front desk responsibilities with accounting duties, providing guest assistance while reconciling revenue, processing payments, and preparing financial reports for management. Acts as Front Desk Receptionist, Concierge and PBX Operator during this shift; assists with guest requests and any guest concerns or issues; runs night audit daily processing; notates wakeup calls; rolls arrivals/no-shows; posts overnight parking charges; performs check-in and check-out duties; compiles and distributes house reports, including arrivals, departures and in-house reports; sorts and files daily receipts for all restaurant outlets; communicates guest comments and complaints; handles calls and additional PBX duties; and performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: must be at least 18; High School Diploma or high school equivalency preferred; 1 year of customer/guest experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills: basic industry terminology; familiarity with hotel fire and safety procedures; problem-solving and critical-thinking; attention to detail; active listening and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team; ability to understand written and verbal English; ability to learn and apply policies and procedures; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
