Part-Time Night Auditor

Perform night audit operations to ensure financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service. Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes/journals to break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements; run and balance audit reports from front office systems; input revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary); balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day. Maintain regular attendance and perform other related duties as assigned. Requires basic mathematical skills, ability to input data accurately, and strong verbal/written communication; prior hotel experience preferred.
