Part Time Night Auditor

Job Summary
Night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with hotel standards; coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to ensure quality service; prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements; run audit reports from front office system and POS; input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports; balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day; maintain attendance and be available to work the night shift; perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key
- Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
