Job Summary
Night Auditor for Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport: oversee overnight hotel operations, perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile financial transactions, and prepare daily revenue/operational reports. Manage front desk operations including guest check-in/out and reservations; handle guest inquiries professionally; maintain logs and records; ensure compliance with Hilton and S3 Hotel Group standards and QA; conduct security walks and ensure guest/team safety; maintain proper cash handling and financial controls; communicate with team using Quore; located in Irvine, CA with in-person night-shift schedule (Fridays and Saturdays).
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of hotel systems (PEP experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism required
