Part Time - Night Auditor - Element by Westin

Night Auditor at Merete: compute, classify, and record numerical data to maintain guest accounts; verify and balance charges, post room taxes to folios, and ensure charges are posted to appropriate accounts. Responsibilities include registering and assigning rooms, issuing keys, transmitting messages, keeping guest records, making reservations, and collecting payments. Additional duties: review and analyze adjustments, understand accounting machine for front office, ensure reports are complete and documentation attached, answer telephone, check guests in/out, attend mandatory meetings, cross-train, maintain safety, and uphold teamwork. Requires prior cash handling and customer service experience; hotel experience is helpful. Must maintain regular attendance and provide courteous guest service, with effective written and verbal communication and time management.
