Part-Time Night Auditor (CWS)

Balance and audit room, food and beverage, and telephone revenue for the 24-hour operating period. Transmit daily management, accounting, and customer tracking reports while sending credit card batches. Act as the hotel system liaison during night hours, calling in and opening tickets with Opera, Protobase, or System Support for failures or issues. Communicate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and request information. Perform Guest Service Representative functions as required, including assisting with room reservations and answering hotel phone calls. May assist with other duties as assigned. This role involves working nights, weekends, and holidays.
