Job Summary
Balance room, restaurant, and bar work daily by auditing Point of Service tapes to breakdown revenue, covers, and settlements. Run audit reports from the front office and POS systems, then input revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily summaries. Make corrections, adjust accounts, and handle computer problems throughout the shift while maintaining files and resetting systems for next-day operations. Ensure accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key and comply with attendance rules. Treat guests with courtesy and respect as a guest relations ambassador, adapting to change and solving routine problems. Work as a team player, pitching in to help coworkers with assigned duties.
