PART TIME NIGHT ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Assist the store manager in developing a store atmosphere focused on customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while helping to exceed gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Manage associate time and efforts to maximize productivity, communicate company information, and encourage associates to meet targeted department sales goals. Monitor customer transactions through check lanes, understand the POS system for various tenders, and ensure product freshness, proper case temperatures, and accurate merchandising aligned with ads and seasonal trends. Assist in developing schedules, train associates, and maintain knowledge of store products and safety procedures. Report all safety risks, illegal activity, and accidents immediately. This part-time night role requires standing, lifting 50 pounds, and adherence to health department guidelines.
