Job Summary
Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers by supporting feeding, naps, and daily routines. Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities while communicating daily updates to parents. Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow, working with vetted local families throughout Seattle. Monday–Friday availability is preferred, with most shifts occurring between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Typical shifts are 6–9 hours. Experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of infant childcare experience
- Dependable and professional
- Communicate well with parents and children
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Can provide references (At least 2 related to childcare work; 1 character)
- Be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Love working with infants and toddlers
